Dr. Jose Mathew is a compassionate, experienced behavioral health provider dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. As the Clinical Director at Mountain Valley Behavioral Health, he specializes in treating trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Dr. Mathew holds advanced credentials as a DBH, LCSW, LAC, and CCTP, and brings a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to treatment. He is passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.
His therapeutic style blends clinical expertise with genuine compassion, helping clients build practical tools, emotional resilience, and long-term healing. Dr. Mathew believes meaningful change occurs through connection, trust, and personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
